Welcome to the 2023 Virginia Youth Lamb and Goat Symposium. This year's symposium will be held on June 17th, 2023, at The New River Valley Fairgrounds in Dublin - this is a NEW LOCATION for 2023. Please take a few minutes to review the RULES before proceeding with registration.

***Please note: While this show is a Virginia Showmasters Circuit (VSC) Sanctioned Show, it is only open to VIRGINIA 4-H and FFA Youth and does not include a Pee-Wee Division.

Entries are $20 per head. All exhibitors will be pre-entered in Showmanship based on birth date as of September 30, 2023. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to scratch from Showmanship by 10:30 AM on Saturday morning, June 17th.

***There is no option for Credit Card payment for this event. Entries must be paid via check, made payable to Virginia 4-H Foundation, and mailed to: Katherine E. Carter 380 Litton-Reaves (0306) 175 West Campus Drive Blacksburg, VA 24061.

Entries will be considered complete when full payment has been received. YOU MUST PAY for all animals that are entered in this system, whether or not they are brought to the show. FAILURE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT WILL RESULT IN YOUR ENTRIES BEING REJECTED.

Late entries will be accepted from Thursday, June 15th until check-in on June 17th, AND MUST BE ENTERED IN THIS ONLINE SYSTEM PRIOR TO CHECK IN. Late entries will incur a $30/head fee which should be paid by check at check-in.

Please pay attention when logging into the entry system - ALL 4-H youth must click the "GREEN" Sign In using 4HOnline button. Youth participating as enrolled FFA members will use the GRAY areas to input email and password information or establish a new account, before clicking the BLUE "Sign In" button.

4-H youth who do not use the GREEN "Sign In Using 4HOnline" option will have their entries rejected. If you do NOT know your 4HOnline account email and password, please contact your local 4-H Agent prior to attempting to do your entries.
